motor seems to run well but when i tilt the motor out of the water the fuel that spills out of the carbs looks milky.why is this ? i did put a bottle of seafoam in the tank (15gals).is there anyway that it is from the water jacket? i dont see it being that because it run well and the plugs look fine......help
