I took the outer drive off the back, but i can see that there is no water inside the drive line area. So i dont think it is the bellows, but i dont know. Water is running out of the engine coupler area. It feels like it is warm water, and i noticed my water temp. gauge never gets above 150 degrees. Boat doesnt seem to run very crisp either. Is there a frost plug on the back of the engine, by chance? It is a 1994 mercuriser 5.0

Your operating temperature is fine. As I recall there are core plugs on either side of the cam plug on the back of the block. Did this just start happening out of the blue, or after the boat has been stored from winter? Had a Ford engine in a boat that popped a plug back there and was filling the flywheel cover, and starter with water.

It just started happening. Or at least it got real bad that i noticed it, with water filling up the compartment.

Core plugs behind flywheel. Possibly the motor was replaced at one point and brass plugs were not used.are you 100% positive its coming from there and not the water hose just above that passes through the gimble housing?

Yes, positive it is coming out of engine coupler area. I have a video if i could figure out how to post it on here. That means the engine has to be pulled to get to that area, Right?

Will it hurt it to continue to run it, if the bilge pump can keep up with it?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... If the water is runnin' outa the back of the block, the water never gets to the heads,....

If ya continue to run it,...
You'll no doubt either over heat, 'n cook yer motor, or sink yer boat,.... or Both,....
