I havent got a clue what it is called!!!!

I have a 15ft fishing boat with small cabin. When this boat was made it had a top moulding and a bottom one. When the two halves were married they put a black plastic trim around the outside where the two halves meet. I call it a anti-rub strip but I have looked to purchase some online and I can't find it. I don't know what the proper name for it is. Any suggestions welcome?..<br /><br />Regards all....Keith B.....

That's usually called rubrail in Texas and the minor States of the U.S., Keith, but the Lord only knows what it's called in the U.K. <br /><br />Good luck.
