Hello everyone,
Well this is about my last shot at trying to get my old 1974 Phantom snowmobile running.
Hear my plea to get this old sled running again.
DOES ANYONE....ANYWHERE have Champion UP77V plugs for sale?
Or would anyone possible have an old cross reference book that list this plug? This is a real toughie , this sled had the WANKEL 35 H.P. motor.
I only need plugs to get this back on the snow.
PLEASE if anyone has any info. email me at: jjma@the-spa.com
Thank you all for hearing me out.
Best regards,
Joe.D

Hey there jjdonovan,
The Champion UL77V was used on the 1974 and earlier model Johnson sleds with the 399cc, 436cc, and 646cc engines.

14mm, 1/2" reach, 13/16" hex head, auxiliary gap, surface gap, racing plug

Champion surface gap V plugs have a .050"annular configuration with no ground electrode. Engineered for extremely cold application, the firing tip is nearly impervious to pre-ignition, however, fouling deposits can be problematic. Constructed with a nickel shell for faster heat dissipation and copper core or double copper (when noted) for further heat removal.

You can get one here:

http://www.sparkplugs.com/results_appOther.asp?otherMotiveID=6620&mfid=2

sparkplugs.com
P.O. Box 772
Sun City, CA 92586
Toll Free Phone Number: 888-800-9629
Out of U.S. call 909-672-8501

Hurry, before the snow melts!!!
Happy sledding. :p
