I need 3.75 inch ID (95mm) wet exhaust hose

Teleflex makes this size, but I cannot find anyone who sells it in length greater than 6in.

I need 8-9 inches, so I can cut down the 12.5 and make that work.

Check your local boat shops. 3 3/4 is a common size and they usually sell it in smaller pieces.

That was the plan to check a few of the local boat shops. The big volvo shop in the area acted like that was a rare size to need in that length. You can get them day in and day out cut to 6 inch for volvo exhaust risers to Y pipe uses.

Boaters world and everyone else in the WWW has 3.5 and 4 inch along with any other size known to man that is cut to order.

In the past I have "beat" on 3.5 with a hammer and a block of wood. Thought maybe this time i would actually find the 3.75.

Wire or no wire, does not matter to me, just need it to be 3.75

What are you working on? and why do you have to keep replacing it?

350 volvo riser to y pipe. I need the extra 2 inch because of the gradual reduction of the y pipe length due to age. I keep replacing since every two years I take off the riser and manifold for various reasons including starter replacement, etc.

Sounds like it's time for a new Y pipe, along with a few other problems we know nothing about.
