Well, i purchased a 1977 california tri hull last summer. had her out 10 times or so, and have decided to tear out the deck and replace it do to rot. i have removed the entire floor and soaked foam, stringers are good, but, motor mount, and lower port side of the transom is bad. can i replace just part of transom, or should i just man up and pull motor for full replacement?
At least your stringers are in good shape.
