I need help with a OMC 2.3 Ford

I was given this bout and I know NOTHING about bouts or motors but I?m willing to take on this boat if someone can tell me if it?s worth it or not an where to start. I don?t know how to attach pic but I have lots if u would like to see it, I was told its been in a field for about 3-4 years unprotected in Florida......... Help
