I need help with my 1988 100hp searay/merc

I have a 1988 searay/merc 100 hp out board. It idles great and runs great at top end but is bogging down at low to 2200 rpms. I replaced to plugs and wires and used carb cleaner in the carbs. any ideas on what it could be or how i could fix it?? thanks Gene

You may want to Kit those carbs. I am assuming you have not. Tear them apart and clean all parts. Get a manual if you do not have one allready.

Yep, time to drop the carbs and soak 'em. Could be crud in the low speed circuit(s).
