I need some help with pics on the forum

Didn't see a place for questions about how to work the forum so hope I'm in the right spot. I've figured out how to upload pics to post, but I am having a problem with getting pics I've previously uploaded to post. It says to drag and drop them but it wont let me do that so I have had to upload the same pic more than once to get it where it needs to go. Also, how do I delete uploaded pics?

Art, I setup a Photobucket account to upload all my pics to, and then I can just "cut and paste" them into the thread where I want them. Plus, that way, I can have access to pictures anywhere I am, regardless of what computer I use to get online with. I know that doesn't answer your question, but it's something to think about and check out. They don't charge to set up an account and upload pics.

Well working with pictures is a secret. Look at the top of this section of Non-Technical topics

Deleting photo's require you use the Edit Post button and then scroll down to Manage Attachments.
