I need to know the hp and year of mariner

Today I bought a 17ft steel boat with a mariner on it.
The engine has been completely painted over and I can't find any indicators as to the hp and year.
It is a 3 cyl. and has power trim and the serial # is C259335
Any help would be appreciated.

MARINER - ( 60 H.P. (1990 ))
Serial No: 0C259335 Model No: 7060412SD
