I need to know what year this motor is.

I found this motor for sale online, and the guy says it's a 1996, however before I drive 200 miles to look at it i want to be sure of the year.. Here is a picture of it. Thank you for everyones help.

Have him send you the serial number, then you can look it up.

have him send the model number..that tells the year.....the serial will not..
