Well, I work for one, and now I know another one.<br /><br />A good freind of mine that I met at physical therapy when I had my knee surgery just got his settlement for being injured at sea while being a captain on a bottom fishing boat. He will be crippled for life and may even still lose his right leg.<br /><br />They, (The whole family), have been on there b*tts for about 6 years and he has had about that many surgeries while the insurance company tried to starve them out. Had it not been for his fautherinlaw, they would have had to belly up to there penty anti offers. But they waited them out and they won the appeal. <br /><br />Dont know the exact amount, but its in the neibornood of 3-4 Mil.
