IAC muffler dissappeard?

I installed a new IAC muffler in the throttle body of my 6.2l merc Bravo 3...and it dissappeared...

It is a little piece of breather element that fits in the throttle body

Any ideas on where it went?

I hope it is burned up in the combustion chamber and not clogging something in the one of the oil or water passages or valves or who knows...?

I have found them missing quite often, Nevre heard of or seen anything going wrong because of it. You need to sort of lightly push it down so it will help keep it in place better.

How would it get to an oil or water passage from the throttle body?

It went out the exhaust.
