IBoats Customer Service HELP!

Good afternoon and Merry Christmas.

We bought a bimini top from IBoats, the sharkskin plus cover, back in July or August. We had a problem with the material coming apart (manufacturer defect), and I emailed a request to customer service for warranty help. I also followed it up with a call, in which the rep said she'd email me information. I never received a response to the initial email, never received the customer service rep's email, and haven't received any response to numerous other web requests and emails since.

Yes, it's December now, but I was away (military) for the last few month and now would like to get it resolved.

Can anyone direct me to contact information to someone who can help!

Just an added note....... you need to call them during "regular" business hours since they are closed holidays and I am sure they will assist you.

I've tried calling and spoken with reps on two different occasions before, they both seemed sorry but then failed to email me as they stated they would. That's why I've been chasing my tail. I guess i'll keep trying.
