As many of you know I have a iboats members get together planned for September 27th. and 28th. at Lake of the Ozarks.<br /><br />I have called and got my room reserved and wanted to let all that planned on attending know that they told me they still have plenty of rooms available for that week-end. <br /><br />If you plan on going, now is the time to call them and get you room reserved.<br /><br />I got one of the lakefront cottages, but they have all kinds of different rooms.<br /><br />If you have not got it bookmarked, here is their website.<br /> alhonna <br /><br />If this is the first you have heard of the get together, check it out and see if you can come.<br /><br />I am planning on a dinner Saturday night in their meeting room.<br /><br />I will be asking t-shirt sizes later, for I have someone that is going to be making up shirts for the get together also.<br /><br />If you can, please try to attend.

I plan on attending, but I dont have a credit card to reserve a room. Do you have any suggestions? What did your cottage cost?

nathan, click on the alhonna link that sbn put up and see the cottages, then at the bottom of the page there is a rooms rate to click on.

Boy are you the lucky one SB..I got the cottage next to yours..heheheh...rates are great to, 79.00 a night. By the way boat slips are free for those who are going to pull their toys..Unsure here,I like the idea of a pontoon where a bunch of us can do some fishn together.....sad part they didn't know what a Muskie was. Guess I'll leave my 6000 at home.

Don't know if there will be or not.<br />Don't know how many are bringing their boats with them.<br /><br />I more interested in meeting you folks than anything else. <br />Have been a long time planning this and can't wait to get out there and see some of these fine people.<br /><br />And snapper, I know why you can't come, but we won't get into that right now. <br /><br />Will wait and see.

hey, I have a great idea<br /><br />Ill bring the Starcraft ... and fill it with hot water, and have a few people bring pool pumps, well make a hot tub out of the bastaard, at least its good for something!<br /><br />roughly how far is this from Philly?<br /><br />three mountain ranges away? lolol<br /><br />

Ray, it's 630 mile or so for me in here in Ky.<br />About 1061 from Philly.<br />Go to www.mapquest.com and map it.<br />Use 1237 Outer Drive, Lake Ozark, Mo. as your end point.

Spinner... You know the situation here... I want to go, and I need some time away from hell (woops, I mean west palm)... $$$'s not the issue, time is...<br /><br />Sometimes work gets slow for a week or so, like two weeks ago I had nothing and boss says take some days off; then the doo-doo hits the fan like this past week... Sooo, who knows? If'n I do make it to the get together it'll be sort of a "spur of the moment" thing.. <br /><br />Might have to stay at Motel 6 or something but thats ok too, as long as I get to meet up with my iboats buddies...
