iBoats order question

I went to check the status of my order. It asked me to sign in. I tried using my forum sign in, no dice. Then it asked me for my email to get a password. I've tried it a few times and nothing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, I just want to check my tracking, thanks.

Many Email systems will not accept Emails from iboats. I had to get a relay Email account because my ($%^&) aol won't accept Email directly from iboats. Betcha your system rejected the Email from iboats.com.

Agreed. Spam gates can be a little to strict.

I had no issues with iboats but did with Gander Mountain and Cabela's.

10-4, I thought it was something like that. Is there a known issue with Gmail?

I guess I should just call the 800 number? I can't determine if my gmail is blocking anything.

Interesting, I tried the lost password thing again, and it sent right to my gmail account this time!

I think several of us use GMail as a relay account. No problems.

That password may be on a separate server as compared to the forum ...... I would guess they are running multiple servers..........
