iboats phishing scams?

Anyone know of any phishing scams that have come from "Iboats Forum"?

I have a question regarding email communication I received from Iboats. It said someone replied to the thread, but when I went and looked at the thread it is a closed thread that you cannot contribute to. If it's closed, why am I getting an email from Iboats saying someone replied to it?

jpatt2020 was the user who replied and the link provided in the email addressed from forums@iboats.com is valid and points to:

Nope you are subscribed to the thread and a newbie replied and the reply was zapped. So..... it the short time it sent out an email notifying you that the thread had been replied to.


Have you seen the new announcement?? Posted at the top of that forum?
