Ice Chest Seat?

Hey y'all
Thanks for all the help everyone has provided on every question I've asked so far!! Really appreciate it!
So heres another..... I am thinking of getting creative and taking out the old bench seat(ruined) in the back of my 17 ft Glasspar and just putting a long ice chest with either seats or cushions on top of it. Has anyone ever tried this and if so what did they think of it? If no one has, whats y'alls opinion?
Just figured it would save room and everyone needs an ice chest(just maybe not that big, )...The measurements of the old seats are 50in long x 17in high x 16in wide......
Very interested in seeing what y'all think

google igloo coolers, the have big coolers, and have cushions that go on top. i order there cushions, for a previous project boat. they were nice, still have one on a cooler.

I have one igloo cooler/seat in front of my console and another ice chest at the helm. Great for cooling & storing stuff.
