Identifying boat HIN

Hello, this is my first post on here and also my first boat.

I recently bought an 07 Bayliner 175br. Im trying to decode the HIN and got most of it EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST 2 CHARACTERS.

My HIN is
MX BBBN06CUH607. Im assuming the
BBB is for Bayliner
N06CU is the serial number and model (CU-175br)
H6 was made in August of 2006
07 was a 2007 model year.

Is it safe to assume that the MX stands for Mexico?

Also under the HIN I have 175BR8206. what does the 8206 stand for?

The 175 is or was made in Mexico. The 8206 maybe August 20, 2006 or August 2, 2006 manufacture date?

I don't see "MX" in the HIN you posted. HINs have 12 characters, which is what you listed.
