Idle adjustment

I have a Yamaha 1997 saltwater series II 200hp, code s200txrv. Where do I adjust the idle? It's idling a little low between 600-500rpm and stalls out after a while at idle a bunch.

Starboard side of the carbs, middle carb, screw with head pointing up.
