idle prob.

I have a 1986 starcraft with a 4 cycl omc 140hp cobra drive. I/o.
Replaced points with electronic ignition. Boat runs great at wot but at idle, it stops running. Anyone got any ideals on why this could be happening and does anyone know how I can fix this prob. Thanks

May seem obvious, but did you?
-Set timing....what degree of advance?
-Set idle... if so at what RPM?
