Just got a Yamaha 4 stroke 25hp on a sm pontoon. Having trouble getting engine to run above idle. If I hold my hand on the breather throat, I can increase speed, but not otherwise. Have checked sparkplugs, fuel line and connectors, cleaned the carburator. Any suggestions? There is a needle valve w/electrical connections on the top of the carburator...anything to check there?
