Whats the correct idle RPM's for my 1996 Evinrude 130hp? The book says it starts with a higher rpm's and then idles down to a lower rpm's once it is warm, a couple of minutes. Mine does not idle back and idles at 1100 rpm's. It would seem to be stuck at the higher idle setting? Is there a spot to look to see if the higher idle is stuck? I would appreciate any advice you would give.
