After a complete rebuild of the powerhead on my 1990 Evinrude 90, I'm still having issues with the idle speed; it's only idling at about 700 rpms and wants to stall. Also, I'm still only getting 5000 to 5200 rpms out of it at WOT; I'm wondering if my tach is accurate as the motor is really screaming at WOT even though the tach is only reading 5000. Any advice?
