idle speed and mixture adjustments 96 90hp johnson

I have a 96 90hp johnson outboard and need to increase the idle rpm. How do I adjust the idle speed and the idle mixture? This is my first boat and I know very little about boat engines. I am very good with 2 stroke snowmobile engines and carburators and can rebuild them with no problems at all.

I am pretty sure everthing after 80 is fixxed jet so there is no adjustment for mixture.

There should be a screw where the throttle cable attaches to the throttle linkage under the hood, idle can be adjusted there.

what is you motor doing, to indicate adjustment is needed?
