My wife just put her used textbooks on amazon and 2 have sold (for great prices) in less than an hour. I had no expectations of these selling, but they did.. and fast!

Hope this doesn't get deleted as some spam thing. Just sharing a cool alternative to fleabay if you want to get rid of some stuff pretty quickly. And the best thing was, we didn't have to take photos and write descriptions, since it just gets added as a 'used' item on product pages.

I'm simply amazed. For some reason I always thought only companies could sell on there.

Good tip. Like it. Thanks. What'd it cost?

No fee to sell stuff, but they take ~8-10% off the price. They even process the payments, so you don't get jipped.

WOW

I have a 700 book + personal library which includes every college text I ever had... probably a bit dated now though... :(

Wonder if I should toss some up... I am really short on cash now, and besides I want a tilt/trim for my motor LOL

daughters sell and buy their text books that way, when the profs don't scam their friends latest editions.
