Ignition fuse blows after Engine is warm

I have an electrical issue. I have a 2006 195lr stingray 4.3L. It blows the ignition fuse after the temp gets to 160 degs. I put a new one in and immediately when turned ign switch on it blew right away. It can cool down for a bit, replaced fuse again, started and ran fine until it warmed up then blew again.

What is engine serial number?
What size is the fuse and where is it located?

OW623252 motor serial number, 15amp fuse under the helm. I just changed the ignition coil and same result.
Cold start fine, engine warms to about 160 and fuse blows. Everytime the same. What sensor makes when the engine warms that could blow the ignition fuse? Thanks,

Serial numbers are great because they tell us the configuration without asking a bunch of questions.

Your motor uses manual 25, and the manual list a 20 amp fuse for ignition. Now with a TKS carb it may be that it has been dropped to a 15amp, so look at the fuse holder and see if there is any notation.

You have a TKS carb and my guess if the 15 amp is correct then its your carb module is where the trouble is. As the motor warms up the TKS module starts extending a shaft which closes off the enrichment of the carb. Once fully extended

Could wait for it to warm and then unplug the module and check resistance, it should read

(21*C) 70*F = 35-45 ohms

I found the problem but not sure what sensor is shorting out the fuses.
I found a hidden fuse on the engine. See photos. This fuse was also blown. As soon as I tried to replace it would arc and blow. A direct short. I followed the orange wire and It went to the sensor in the photo. The leads from this sensor was right under the fuel line and looked mashed and flat. I unplug the sensor and I could replace the hidden ign fuse and the ign fuse in the fuse box under the helm. It ran for 20 min with no issue. Can you tell me what sensor is in the photo and would it be okay to run the motor with the sensor unplugged until its replaced.
Thank you for helping.

That's the TKS 20 amp fuse, and the other is the TKS temp switch

This is how it works

Took the boat out for about 30 min cruise with sensor not connected. No Alarm and the Temp Gauge reading with no issue.
I have the sensor on order. THERMAL SWITCH (N - 87-866089) $52 delivered. Boat seems to start find Hot.
