I have 25hp mercury with electric start<br />when I turn key to start no start.Had the solenoid<br />and neutral safety switch replace,still not starting.the tech who did repair said it might<br />be the harness,since power to solenoid comes and goes.He is running up a good size bill.<br />Is there anything I can check or replace.<br />How difficult to replace harness.<br /><br />thanks
