Also will my serial match a chrysler outboard since it is made by chrysler?

Most likely a standard magneto ignition. If you go over to The Chrysler Crew, they may be able to help more. If you need parts, Google Standard Magneto in Chicago. They can tell you everything about your ignition just from the number on the carrier plate.
