Ignition kit for 1960 Evinrude

I have a 1960 9.9 hp Sportwin model 10022
Am interested in someone sending me pictures or where to find ignition parts such as coils, condensors and points for my particular model.
Also while im in here posting could use some info on a carb rebuild kit for my particular model.

basic old style magneto and carb ... tons of info on utube if to search a bit.

most parts available at dealers if they are interested in helping you or you can order on Amazon .

iboats here likely has everything you need .!

you may.. slo need a gearcase rebuild kit if you have water in the gc oil .

Most old time boat shops will have the parts on hand.----And 1960 was the last year for a bronze bushing on the wrist pin.----Do a complete evaluation on this motor before spending any beer tokens.----Gears / gearcase bushing above pinion / thermostat / compression test.

10022 is a 1961 10 hp, not 9.9. totally different motors. And has the big roller bearings on the wrist pins.

could is 10 have been rebranded to 9.9hp with a stencil just to stay under registration obligation for the boat ? but yes it is a 10hp

around my area 10hp and up needs one to register his boat.

Merc 9.8 or turtles are very popular
