I have a 70 hp force with bad asator and trigger. I have a 75 hp force with bad head and no lower unit. Could I swap the ignition components from the 75 to the 70?

Welcome to iboats.

Thats a very good question. But I can't give you the answer, sorry.
There were at least 2 different systems used on the 70, and at least 1, or 2 used on the 75. All depends on the year of production.

To further complicate things, there were different stators used some years, and an updated stator offered as the early ones had issues. And the later 75's had CDM ignitions instead of a switchbox.

I'd say, if the parts fit, its worth a try.
May have to swap the flywheel as well, if it fits.

Maybe someone else will be along that has more info for you.

Ignition is different and flywheel looks the same but won't bolt. Looks like parts will fit. Thought I would see if anyone else has tried something similar. Figured I will have to change whole ignition setup. 75 has the red stator so I assume that I will be able to charge my battery if this works.

If the flywheel doesn't work?
The rest won't work either.

The "new" parts are worth a good bit of $$
You can sell and get what you need.

Need to know what the parts come from?
Years?
The early jets used Prestolite, the newer used Prestolite and Mercury ignition????

JET UNIT brand is a cheap chinese knockoff.

I would suggest getting a stator from CDI Electronics.
