ignition switch

I have a 35 hp evinrude. It has an electricl start button on engine. I would like to put a switch on dash. What would I have to do . Is it much trouble?

Impossible to say without knowing the year and preferably the model number.

THere should be a harness plug under the hood, you need the remote control, ignition switch is integral to it.

select type (evinrude) from pulldown menu, year and hp.
open up the remote control from the part menu, should come with wire harness and plug should match the one on your engine. Big round red one I think.?
