Ignition wires O.E. or generic aftermarket?

Last summer I had a misfire only at low RPM on my 1988 110 Johnson (J110TLCCA) and I determined that the 2 port side cylinders were not firing consistantly. I made this determination by deliberatly running at low speed for several minutes and allowing the misfire to occur, I then killed the motor and pulled all 4 plugs, the 2 starboard plugs were a beautiful tan colour but port plugs were wet and oily. If I accelerate while the misfire is occuring, it will stumble a bit then all 4 plugs start firing and off it goes.
I just wanted to mention the symptoms in case someone has an idea as to the cause, but for now I was going to start with new ignition wires and plugs, which brings me to my question...
Can I buy generic ignition cable and make new cables using the existing boots?
If so is it recomended or should I go to the dealer and buy OE?
Alternatively, is there a decent OE replacement for the complete set of cables including boots so that I dont have to make my own?

Nothing wrong with the OE wires but we use the wires from Wizard Performance. Stainless ends, already assembled and about the same $$ as OE. And they work well past 9000 rpm. Trust me on that one.
