I replaced my "skiny" belt with the correct size and installed a spring in the hose from the H/E to the circ pump that was collapsing. Now while running kinda hard (3200 RPM) the temp stays around 190-195 and cools down better after coming off plane. I am almost satisfied with this, in the fall I am going to increase the rerturn hose on the raw water to reduce the restriction. Just wanted to post an update....

Sounds Good Tony,
Water Boils at 212*....... Anti-Freeze up to about 220*, with Pressure......
You're running on the High-side of Comfortable, But at Probably a more fuel Efficent Temp........

I'd say Run It......
And,
Maybe keep an eye out for a Bigger H/E.......... Cheap.......... ;)
