ILLINOIS- Ofallon area- Where can i buy square steel stock?

I need to extend my trailer tounge or extend the rear of my trailer a few inches to give proper support. I need to purchase some square steel stock for the job....

Does anyone know where i can get some? I live in Illinois- right near the St. Clair mall......

How much do you need?
How much additional tongue length?
What size?


How about adding 34" to it with one of these.

You won't be able to move the winch post onto this section, but if you have room for the winch post on the old tongue section, and you just need length, this could work.

Both my father and I have these on our trailers.

Best place to get anytype of industrial material is McMaster Carr. You can order on line and you will have it quickly. Steel will be clean and comes with cert. See link http://www.mcmaster.com/#steel-tubing/=c5afh8
