Impeller change-out, do I need new gaskets?

I just got my Seloc manual, and it calls for new gaskets for the impeller change-out. I looked all over the internet but found no one who carries gaskets, is this something I don't need to worry about or am I in a pickle? I did purchase the new impeller on-line, but that came only with a steel plate. It's a '85 Force 9.9 Any help passed along is greatly appreciated.

My Clymer manual shows two pictures. One of the lower unit that does not show a gasket. And another of just the waterpump, that shows a gasket below the steel plate.
Doesn't look like it would be critical, as it is on the non pressurized water intake side of the pump.

If there is one there when you disassemble, maybe you can re-use it. Or apply a thin bead of RTV sealant to the lower unit before replacing the steel plate.
