The first time you do it yourself, it will probably take ages..<br /><br />The second time you do it will be very very quick.<br /><br />If you are gonna do it yourself, get a manual for your motor.. its not essential if you are mechanically inclined and methodical.. but it will help speed things up..<br /><br />I've not had a real manual for any of my outboards and i have always done it myself.. its not very hard, just time consuming..<br /><br />regards<br /><br />Franki
