Impeller Johnson 6hp

Hi all - I'm getting itchy to run my 75' 6 horse. I have the impeller out and the wife is away tonight and I'm thinking of running by the boat store and getting the new one to give me an evening project. Question is what is the jabsco equivalent part#? The Sierra is 18-3001. Motor is a 6R75R. Nobody seems to stock the Sierra, I have to order it, just wondering if I might have more "on the shelf" luck with the jabsco. Thanks!

Im sure the marina or "boat store" will get your part number pretty quickly

I would be very surprised if there were a Jabsco number. If there is any chance that the water pump may have been replaced in recent years, you should look at it before ordering parts. The new kits take a different impeller than the old ones.

That's a fairly common impeller. OEM PN 434424. (old pn 277181) I would think just about any J/Rude dealer could fix you up.
