Unbolt the lower unit, take the lower unit out carefully.Find the plastic water pump housing,remove the bolts from that..inspect the bowl and veins on impeller.Look for the key, make sure its there...Get your new impeller, or kit if needed,and install. When u slid the housing over the impeller make sure its the direction your shaft goes.
