Impeller replacement

Is it very hard to replace the impeller on a 6hp mercury motor. I'd like to do it myself if possible.

Not too hard.<br />Best to have a shop manual to walk you thru it, you can order one at the bottom of the page.<br />Should take 1-2 hours the first time, but much less time the next time you change it.
