It needs changed already ??? It's only 2 years old. I have just checked my 12 year old Mercury impellor and it is still as good as new.<br /><br />If you feel competent do do it (and it shouldn't need much skill - no offence intended!) I strongly suggest you get a service manual. It allows you to do so many jobs and order the right bits before you start the job.
