Impeller

I have a 1998 Mercury 150 HP outboard. I'm replacing the impeller. Do I need to change the whole water pump casing also ??

No, not unless you see obvious signs of damage. I keep a full pump in the shop for that day when I'll need it just so I don't have to wait on one.
