I would treat it like any other 4-stroke. Run the motor (with cooling water, either in-water or with muffs/flushing attachment) until warm, and then squirt the aerosol fogging oil into the intake until the exhaust smokes noticeably. Then stop the motor, while everything is coated in oil.
This would be a good time to run "double" stabilizer in the fuel (while warming up for fogging). If a short lay-up until Spring, probably OK to leave the fuel lines, etc., filled with the double-stabilized fuel. If longer, best to drain all the fuel from everything.
Of course it's best to follow the rest of the storage procedure -- store upright, change oil, drain/refill the LU, etc...
