My "new" boat a 1988 28' Baha Cruiser Weekender has twin 302 Ford inboards. They don't have raw water strainers currently. Boat has always been used fresh water and will be used in fresh water. Do you think I should install RWS's? I like the idea of getting a Thoroflush adapter for running the motors out of the water. Thanks.

i would and did when i bought my boat. i've even seen pics of an install where someone put a strainer after the impeller to catch any pieces should it ever come apart.
