Inflatable Boat Seam Repair!

I have tried just about everything from Gorilla Glue to Shoo Goo to Boat Repair Kit from eBay but the bond doesn't seem to stay; once I inflate the boat the leak restarts at a slower rate but eventually my boat deflates.
Can someone point out how should I proceed with permanent fix to this leak (in the seam)

Appreciate your input

Thanks a lot

It's critical that you KNOW what the boat is made out of. You must use to proper adhesive for the type of material the boat is made of. If you don't know you need to find out. Once you know that Post back what it is and we can tell you what adhesive to use to fix it permanently.;)

Ok, Kool Here's how I'd repair it. Use 180 grit Sand Paper and sand the repair area on both sides as best you can. Then wipe it down really well with acetone. Get it really clean!!! Then use Clifton Urethane Adhesive (Get it here...http://www.amazon.com/Clifton-Uretha.../dp/B00BJWRR22), Brush on 3 light coats of glue on both sides of the seam. Wait 10 minutes between coats. Cut two pieces of wood the same length as the repair. Get some Spring clamps ready and then put the seam together using your fingers to line it up. Place the pieces of wood on either side of the seam and use the spring clamps to hold em in place Let it cure for a couple of hours. If you do the prep work well and follow this method this repair should be permanent.;)

My son had a similar Inflatable and this is what we did to fix it!!
