Hello all. I recently picked up a 69 Starcraft 16' SS with a 75hp mariner 3cyl. I am trying to find a manual for it. It fires up and idles but does not pee. It has not been on the water yet. Any info is greatly appreciated! Thanks
From the web pages I looked at, the 75 wasn'[t made between 77 and 84. Can you post the serial #? And are you sure it's not an inline 4? Count the spark plug wires.
Serial # shows it as a 1985. 1984 is when Mercury went to your type of transom mount with integrated power trim/tilt. Prior to 1980 the electrical connection was on the side of the cowling instead of through the front above the fuel connection.
