I've been searching this site and haven't seen anything exactly like it so far. It could very well be a hybrid of some kind. There are snaps all down the sides and across the spillwell that I would think attached a top at one time.
I had to cut the rafters off of it (literally) to get it out of the collapsed barn. The tires were rotten, so I pulled some 4.80X8 off of one of my other boats to get it home. That makes the trailer look very small. I started fishing out of this boat around 1975. We've been out 15+ miles on it. When my step dad died in 1990, it was put in the barn. I've been looking for something to fish the bays in, and one day decided to bring this one back to life.
I'm keeping a picture record of the repairs. It's off the trailer now, on its side getting the bottom scraped and repainted. Everything except the wood parts are pretty solid. I'll post more pictures when I get a little paint on it.
