hi guys i have a small ??? here.<br /><br />exhaust shutter part# 18-2732 model #6936496 <br /><br />my ?? is does this type comes in 3 inches and 4 inches???<br /> <br />its the one with the long pin go through it.<br /><br />mercr 5.7L 1989 260<br /><br /> thanks for any guys

occh sorry guys, wrong shutter number,<br /><br />this is the one, #18-2733 does it come in 3 inch only or also 4 inches

That serial number you gave(6936496)is for the drive. You need an engine serial number to find what you are looking for. Besides that, neither of those part numaers are good Mercruiser numbers.

That's a Sierra #..........<br /> This is the listing for them here at iboats,... It doesn't list any Sizes,.... Nice Pictures though...... <br />This is 18-2732,......<br />

If you have an 89 5.7L Mercruiser, then you need shutters that are the same as a Mercruiser part number 807166A 3<br />Since the pipes they are mounted in aren't round, 3" or 4" doesn't make any difference or sense.<br />Just find a Sierra equivalent number to the Mercruiser number I gave you from Sierra.

ok guys iam back, lot of infos here,<br /><br />well the bottom picture is the one i need, that was the one that came with the boat,<br /><br />but last year i change them out and put the ones in the top picture, my thought is that they did not seems to fit right, it seems they was restricting the exhaust flow so i want to put back the original. <br /><br />don can you please tell me what number manual i need from my engine??<br /><br />1989 5.7L 260 thanks
