Information Needed about Dynasty Regency

I am new to boating and am looking for a good starter boat. I don't want to spend a lot of money for this first boat since I'm sure I will make many mistakes operating & maintaining it. I have the opportunity to purchase a 1989 Dynasty Regency 190 19ft. 4.3L V6 Mercruiser. I have done a lot of internet research and have found nothing as far as reveiws on this boat. (I sure have seen a lot on other boats) Any help out there on if this is a good boat?

hello, where are you located at? salt or fresh water? lots of people will diagree with me however i would avoid an i/o as a first boat unless it was new. never owned one and probably never will, just seen a lot of heartache and $$$. 19 ft. is a good size for a first boat. regards fred.
