The parts diagram and Clymer's maintenance manual have confused me regarding replacing this screen, (which is not mentioned in Clymer's manual).Among instructions:
1. On inline engine electric start-remove Starter.
2. Remove Shift Rod? Looks like it will not pass out bottom.
3 Is the Shift Rod jointed in the Lower Unit someplace?
Anyone have any shortcuts?
